A Lincoln, Rhode Island-based entrepreneur, Michael Bouthillette is the owner of Certified Facility Solutions Corp. and Certified Disaster Restoration, both of which are certified by the National Disabled Veteran Owned Business Association. The latter company conducts 24/7 emergency disaster relief services for water and fire damage, mold removal, and contamination, and is also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Michael Bouthillette oversees client relations, human resources, sales, and project management for both businesses.

Mr. Bouthillette also serves as president of Intercity Maintenance, Inc., a professional janitorial services company he launched in 1988. He is also a real estate investor and developer who recently purchased a six-lot parcel of land in Lincoln with the intention of building a luxury home subdivision. In addition to his current entrepreneurial endeavors, he is a former president of Access Healthcare, Inc., and served six years as a boatswain's mate in the US Coast Guard.

Active in the Lincoln community, Mr. Bouthillette holds membership with the Knights of Columbus and is former president of the Lincoln Preteen Football Organization, which organized football and cheerleading activities for hundreds of youth in the community. His hobbies include boating, fishing, clamming, and quahogging.
